Etch wood grain on the foam. Remember this will decrease the side width and require the rabbit to be shortened. Also will need to make sure can etch on the edge of the other sides for continuity.

Talked to Ron about making vented screws out

Initial idea about needing acrylic over the foam with thin material rivets over it to protect foam and spread force not necessary with the tnuts, which we tested with glue.
